Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the 33cv account registration process, by clicking any "I agree" or equivalent confirmation checkbox during registration, or by accessing or using any feature of the 33cv Platform after these Terms have been published, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 33cv Platform and, if you have an account, contact support at support@33cv.io to request account closure. Continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

To open and maintain a 33cv account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33cv operates a strict 21+ policy. No exceptions are made. Any attempt to circumvent the age requirement, including providing false date-of-birth information, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 33cv, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless 33cv has provided express written consent.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 33cv or any other online gambling platform where such exclusion remains active and applicable.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing 33cv is lawful in your specific location. 33cv makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction.

33cv reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued identification confirming age and identity — at any point before or after account registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the 33cv Platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, 33cv will close all accounts associated with that individual, forfeit all bonus balances, and may withhold winnings pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information current and to promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 33cv accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your account secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact 33cv support via live chat immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 33cv Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency is accepted. No currency conversion is applied. The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to the 33cv account balance instantly upon confirmation of the mobile wallet transfer.
• 33cv does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 33cv accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made using a payment method not registered in your account name may be refused and returned.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by 33cv support.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus have been fully satisfied.
• 33cv targets a withdrawal processing time of one to four hours for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Delays may occur during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where additional account verification is required.
• 33cv reserves the right to carry out additional security and anti-fraud checks before approving any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for a period not exceeding seven (7) business days.
• In the event that a withdrawal is declined due to suspected fraudulent activity, the matter will be escalated internally and the player will be informed of the outcome in writing.

Players must ensure that the mobile wallet number registered to their 33cv account is accurate and active at all times. 33cv accepts no liability for funds transferred to an incorrect or inactive wallet number provided by the player.

Bonuses & Promotions

33cv offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms displayed on the individual promotion page at the time the offer is claimed.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 33cv reserves the right to exclude certain players from specific promotions at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of a current bonus may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified on the promotion. Bonuses not satisfied within the applicable time limit will be removed from the account together with any associated winnings.
• 33cv reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of players who have already claimed the promotion are not materially affected.
• Where 33cv reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — 33cv reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between players.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 33cv Platform — including but not limited to live casino tables, slots, crash games, table games, and sports betting markets — are operated by licensed and certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's individual game rules govern the conduct of that specific game and are accessible within the game interface.

All random number generators (RNGs) used in 33cv games are independently certified and regularly audited for fairness. Live dealer games are operated in real time from professionally managed studio environments. 33cv does not manipulate any game outcome.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the round outcome may be voided and any stakes refunded to the player's account balance. Where a dispute arises regarding the outcome of a game round, the records held in 33cv's server logs shall be the definitive and authoritative record. 33cv's decision regarding any disputed game outcome shall be final.

For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result reported by the relevant governing body — including the ICC for international cricket, the BCB for BPL and domestic Bangladesh cricket, and FIFA for football. Where an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, the relevant sporting body's ruling will determine how outstanding bets are settled. 33cv's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final in all disputes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33cv Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all bonuses and related winnings, and may result in legal action or reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or using false or borrowed identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during account registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, including stolen, borrowed, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, macros, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, make gameplay decisions, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, platform vulnerabilities, or pricing discrepancies in any game or betting market for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit, withdraw, or otherwise transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law, where doing so violates that law.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise harmful toward 33cv staff, third-party providers, or other players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 33cv Platform — including but not limited to the 33cv brand name, logo, website design, graphics, page layouts, written content, software, code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 33cv or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 33cv.

Game content, including game artwork, animations, sound effects, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, or other applicable studio). All third-party intellectual property is used under licence by 33cv.

Privacy & Data

33cv collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the complete legal agreement between 33cv and each registered player. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the 33cv Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gaming

33cv takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform enforces a strict 21+ age requirement without exception. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from the account dashboard, without needing to contact customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that restrict the total amount that can be deposited into the account within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total net losses permitted within a defined time window.

• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which the account cannot be used.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33cv's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 33cv account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33cv accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even where 33cv has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

33cv does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 33cv is not liable for losses caused by technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, server outages, third-party payment provider errors, or any force majeure event outside 33cv's reasonable control.

Amendments to These Terms

33cv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect the rights or obligations of registered players — 33cv will provide notice of the change by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to the player's account.

Amended Terms take effect from the date specified in the notice, which shall be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is published for material amendments. For minor, non-material amendments — including typographical corrections, formatting changes, and clarifications that do not alter the substantive effect of the Terms — changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the use of the 33cv Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform, you agree to contact 33cv support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

All disputes should be submitted in writing to support@33cv.io, including a clear description of the nature of the dispute, the relevant account details, the date of the relevant event, and the outcome you are seeking. 33cv will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. 33cv's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account suspension, and Platform access shall be final, subject only to a demonstrable error of fact.
